No. 14 Apple Brandy begins with select varietals of apples, each with complementary flavors, from Vermont’s abundant orchards. We press and ferment the apples and the distill the raw cider before putting up the eau-de-vie for aging in Hungarian Oak barrels. The Brandy is prepared for bottling only the apple and oak flavors have matured to our satisfaction.
