1 1/2 oz Vermont White Vodka
1/2 oz Grand Marnier®
1/4 oz Agave Nectar
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
1 whole apricot, pitted and sliced
In a mixing glass, muddle the apricot in the agave nectar and lemon juice. Add remaining ingredients, ice, and shake well. Double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with apricot slice on rim of glass.
