Windsor Tavern Cocktail

1 1/2 oz Vermont White Vodka
1/2 oz simple syrup
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
2 sprigs of thyme, de-stemmed

In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the grapes and thyme in the simple syrup and lemon juice. Add Vermont White and shake very well. Double-strain into an ice-filled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with sprig of thyme and sliced green grapes.
