We encourage you to enjoy our spirits in any way that brings you happiness (responsibly, of course).  Straight, over ice or in your “go-to” mixed drink are all good ideas, and we encourage you to experiment as well.

Manhattan cocktail

NO. 14 MANHATTAN

• 2 part No. 14 Bourbon
• 1 part Sweet Vermouth
• 5 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

VERMONT GINGER

• 1 part No. 14 Bourbon
• ½ part Domaine de Canton Liqueur
• 1 Tsp. Agave Nectar
• ½ part Fresh Lemon Juice
• Handful of Rosemary Leaves

In the bottom of a mixing glass muddle the rosemary with the lemon and agave. Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake well. Strain over new ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with candied ginger and a rosemary sprig.

THE 14 MARQUIS

• 1½ part No. 14 Bourbon
• 1 part Lillet Rouge
• ½ part Grand Marnier
• 1 Orange Slice

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then add Bourbon, Lillet Rouge and Grand Marnier. Stir until well chilled and strain into an Old Fashioned glass with ice. Garnish with orange slice.

14 HOLIDAYS

• 1½ parts No. 14 Bourbon
• 5 parts of a Mixture of Whole Milk and Half-and-Half (3:2 ratio)
• 1 part Powdered Sugar, Sifted
• 1 Tbsp. Vanilla Extract
• Freshly Grated Nutmeg for Garnish

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, stir vigorously and chill for an hour.  Serve in a red wine glass topped with fresh ground nutmeg.  Share liberally with neighbors, friends and family.

Fill your favorite rocks glass with fresh fallen snow (we recommend the Green Mountain kind). Add No 14 Bourbon and enjoy by a crackling fire.

AN ERNEST MAN

• 2 part Vermont Gold Vodka
• 1⁄4 part Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
• 1⁄2 part Fresh Lime Juice
• Splash Fresh Grapefruit Juice

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime.

FIRECRACKER

• 1½ part Vermont Gold Vodka
• ¾ part Royal Rose Three Chile Syrup
• ¾ part Fresh Lime

Combine ingredients in a shaker over ice. Shake well. Strain into a Martini glass or pour over ice and top with Club Soda.

GOLD RUSH

• 2 part Vermont Gold Vodka
• ¼ part Chambord
• Dry Sparkling Wine or Champagne
• Lemon Twist

Shake Vermont Gold Vodka and Chambord over ice. Strain into a champagne glass and top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon twist.

GOLDEN APPLE

• ¾ part Vermont Gold Vodka
• 1 part Eden Ice Cider
• ¼ part Goldschlager (just for sparkle)
• ¾ part Sparkling Apple Cider

Serve on the rocks with an apple slice garnish

VERMONT GOLD AU NATURAL

Fill a white wine glass with fresh fallen snow (Green Mountain preferred). Add Vermont Gold Vodka, a touch vermouth if you must, and garnish with a zest of lemon.

COPPER BARREL OLD FASHIONED

• 1½ part Coppers Barrel Gin
• 2 teaspoons maple simple syrup
• 2 dashes bitters

Add ingredients to mixing glass, stir and pour over ice in rocks glass. Garnish with orange and maraschino cherry.

COPPERS NATURALLY

• 2 part Coppers Gin (any variety)
• Drink Simple® Sparkling Maple Water Cucumber Lemon

Mix to taste, garnish with mint

COPPERS RASPBERRY RICKEY

• 1½ part Coppers Sugarwood Gin
• 1 part Royal Rose Raspberry Syrup
• 5 part Fresh Lime Juice
• Club Soda

Add gin, syrup and lime to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

COPPERS BARREL GIMLET

• 1½ part Coppers Barrel Gin
• 2 Fresh Basil Leaves
• 2 Slices Cucumber
• ¾ part Fresh Lime Juice
• ½ part Simple Syrup

Muddle the cucumber and basil in a shaker. Add the vodka Fresh Lime Juice and simple syrup and shake. Pour into an ice filled rocks glass and garnish with a cucumber slice and/or basil top.

COPPERS SUGARWOOD SNOWCAP

Fill a champagne flute with fresh fallen snow (we’re partial to the Green Mountain variety). Add Coppers Sugarwood Gin, a twist of lime, and sip the night away next to a blazing fire.
