- 2 oz. Vermont Gold Vodka
- 3/4 oz. Creme de Cassis de Vermont
- 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Pour over ice and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled up glass and garnish a lemon twist.
Sometimes simple is better, and that is certainly the case with this craft cocktail recipe. The Quechee-tini combines our small-batch Vermont Gold Vodka with our Créme de Cassis de Vermont and a little bit of lemon juice. Those simple ingredients are all that you need for a wonderful craft cocktail.
We like to serve the Quechee-tini year round, but it is especialy popular in the spring and summer months, enjoyed ootdoors in the Vermont sunshine.
